Ocentra Offshore

Ocentra Offshore is a collaboration between two offshore industry experts, Hilong Group of Companies and Swiber Holdings Limited, with combined skills and experience in providing services to many of the world’s most recognised oil and gas companies.

SWIBER OFFSHORE CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. (“SOC”)

Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd. provides offshore engineering, procurement, construction, installation (EPCI) contract services across the world.

 

The company currently owns three pipe lay heavy lift accommodation barges and two 60 tonnes anchor handling tug and supply vessels. SOC’s team of experienced engineers and project managers has a proven track record in executing and delivering excellent quality projects on time in the domain of transportation and installation of fixed offshore platforms, subsea pipelines and power cables Floating Production Systems/CALM Buoys platform fabrication and decommissioning, and underwater Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) Services.

 

Swiber Offshore Construction Pte Ltd. operates as a subsidiary of Swiber Holdings Limited, which was founded in 1996. The Swiber Group is a world-class integrated offshore construction and support services provider for shallow water oil and gas field development. The Group offers a wide range of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation (“EPCI”) services, complemented by its in-house marine support and engineering capabilities, to support the offshore field development and production activities of its international clientele base across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Latin America and West Africa regions. Swiber delivers innovation and value to our customers throughout the full spectrum of an offshore oil and gas project from exploration to production.


Part of the Swiber Group are the following subsidiaries:

  • Swiber Mexico SA DE CV which manages the EPCI activities in the Gulf of Mexico region.
  • Equatoriale Energy Pte. Ltd. that is engaged in developing complete LNG to Power solutions to provide large scale, dependable and affordable base load power to developing and fast growing economies worldwide, with a focus on South East Asia.
  • PAPE Engineering Pte. Ltd. that is engaged in providing engineering & technical support for SOC, including but not limited to vessel newbuilds and upgrades, pipeline design, lifting analysis, transportation analysis etc.
  • In addition the Group owns 20.9% share in Vallianz Holdings (SGX:545), a public listed company in Singapore that is an established provider of offshore support vessels and integrated offshore marine solutions to the oil and gas industry.

HILONG MARINE ENGINEERING (HK) CO., LTD. (“HME”)

Hilong Marine Engineering (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. is registered in Hong Kong, specializing in the offshore petroleum engineering business.

 

The company currently owns a pipe lay heavy lift accommodation barge that is equipped with a 3000-ton full circle slewing crane, and Sermimax welding equipment. The company is able to take on large-scale offshore construction projects such as offshore structure installation, offshore pipe-laying within 300m underwater and offshore pipeline repair and maintenance. The management team have over 20 years’ experience in marine engineering. The company can provide customers with EPCI general project contractor services in the shallow water construction sector.

 

Hilong Marine Engineering (Hong Kong) CO. Ltd. is affiliated to Hilong Group of Companies, which was established in 2002. Since its inception, Hilong has achieved tremendous growth, deriving from the singular provision of petroleum tube coatings to an industry-leading supplier with complete industry chain and comprehensive oilfield equipment and services. The Group has formed business segments covering oilfield equipment, oil services, tubing technology and services, offshore petroleum engineering, and professional research.
