In Ocentra Offshore, our primary goal is the safe completion of our projects on time or before time, all the time. This can be achieved through a smooth and optimized flow where all our internal processes are subordinated to the project. Our processes need to flow as we have planned it to be. Full kit and buffer management are practical tools to deliver a smooth flow.

 

Ocentra Offshore Flow is all about unblocking the flow, examining ourselves whether we are causing the flow to slow down or even causing it to stop. It’s about subordinating yourself to the flow for the sake of on-time project completion, without compromising safety.
