Mr. Wang Tao is an industry veteran with over 30 years of management experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Mr. Wang Tao serves as an Executive Director of Hilong Holding Limited, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hilong Group of Companies, as well as a Director of Hilong Marine Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited where he is responsible for the Company’s strategy planning, major external business co-operation and investment, and also the Company’s operations and management works.
Mr. Wang served as the Vice President of Hilong Group of Companies Ltd. from 2006 to February 2012 and has served as the Executive President since February 2012 until he was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company on December 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Wang worked for Henan Petroleum Exploration Bureau Geophysical Prospecting Company from 1980 to 1991. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Wang served as the Assistant to General Manager of Nanhai Oil Zhuhai Base Company and General Manager of Nanhai Oil Zhuhai Base Petroleum Company from 1997 to 2001. From 2001 to 2003, Mr. Wang was the Vice President of Beijing HTWY Oil & Gas Equipment Corp. Mr. Wang was also a Director of GAC Energy Company, an oil and gas exploration and power supply company from 2001 to 2006. Mr. Wang received a Diploma in Economics and Management from Northwest University in 1988.
Mr. Raymond Goh is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience in the Oil and Gas and Energy industry. In his career to date, Mr. Goh has founded companies, including Swiber Holdings, Vallianz Holdings, Kreuz Subsea, PAPE Engineering and Equatoriale Energy, which have expanded branches and joint ventures globally- Asia Pacific, Middle East, South America and Europe. He is responsible for the public-listing of three companies in the Singapore Stock Exchange: Swiber, Vallianz and Kreuz.
As Founder and Executive Chairman of the Swiber Group, Mr. Goh sets the long-term growth strategy of Swiber and spearheads growth initiatives to expand the Swiber Group’s resources, develop new markets, and invest in new vessel designs and technology globally. Being the founder of Kreuz, Mr. Goh grew its Subsea and Diving business and sold the company in November 2013 for over US$300 Million. Mr. Goh is also the founder of Vallianz Holdings Limited, a Marine solutions company providing chartering and vessel management services with its own fleet of vessels, some of which are customised to be one-of-a-kind. Vallianz has a current order book of over US$1 Billion. Mr. Goh is also the founder and visionary leader of Equatoriale Energy, a company focusing on providing sustainable energy worldwide through state-of-the-art technologies. This company works closely with PAPE Engineering, an engineering company also founded by Mr. Goh to provide technological and engineering expertise.
Mr. Goh also serves as Chairman of the School Advisory Board for Westwood Primary School, Singapore.
Mr. Dai Daliang has been serving as the Executive President of Hilong Group of Companies since December 2017, where he is responsible for company operations and management works. He joined the Group under Hilong Oil Service and Engineering Co., Ltd as a Director and President in 2008.
Prior to that, Mr. Dai has over 30 years of management experience and has worked for a number of Companies in the Oil and Gas industry. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Dai worked as an Engineer in Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau and was engaged in the drilling operations. From 1995 to 1996, he worked as a Chief Engineer in Foreign Economic and Trade Company of Sinopec Zhongyuan Petroleum Exploration Bureau and was responsible for the international drilling cooperation. 1996 to 2001, he worked for Greatwall Drilling Company Limited as its co-manager of the marketing department, co-manager of the construction project in Sudan and president of China-Egypt Drilling Company, a joint venture company controlled by Greatwall Drilling Company Limited. From 2001 to 2008, he worked as the Vice President for Greatwall Drilling Company Limited. In 2008, he served as an Assistant to President in CNPC Greatwall Drilling Engineering Company Limited and was responsible for global marketing. Mr. Dai received his PhD Degree in Engineering from China University of Petroleum in 2010.
